Important Information: The online dispute resolution (ODR) platform will be permanently discontinued on July 20, 2025. The submission of complaints on the ODR platform will already be discontinued on March 20, 2025. We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
