SUSTAINABLE INNOVATION IN LIGHTING
The LAVIGO free-standing luminaire from Waldmann is the first office luminaire in the world to be awarded the internationally recognized Cradle to Cradle® certification, reflecting a holistic commitment to sustainability. To fulfill the certification criteria, all materials used were identified and evaluated for their toxicological safety and recyclability, with improvements made where necessary. Furthermore, the certification process demanded evidence of energy efficiency, the required water volume and quality, as well as adherence to social responsibility standards.
