KIRK is a multifunctional sensor for different applications. The sensor can be used in all office environments where luminaires should to be controlled via daylight and presence detection. The application is focused on a decentralized infrastructure. The light management works independently for every sensor and the luminaires which are connected via DALI to the sensor. It has not to be integrated into the building light management system. The VTL function (biodynamic light) is already integrated and can be activated without any additional programming. KIRK has additional integrated sensors which measures the environmental parameters in the office (occupancy, temperature, volume and air quality). Based on thresholds, these can be displayed directly via the integrated LEDs. If integrated in the LTX system architecture, the sensor can send data to the cloud. Installation is very easy, as the ceiling sensor can be installed in standard junction boxes. For surface mounting an adapter is available. This is already included in the scope of delivery.
